Job Highlights:

• Starting Pay: $17.00/HR.

• Schedule: Part Time: M, W & Th | 8:00 A 3:30 P

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Estimating Department with printing, organizing, and assembling bids for submission.

• Assist in quoting bids for construction contractors.

• Research and gather costs to help prepare competitive proposals.

• Taking detailed messages from potential clients

• Manage phones with professionalism, take detailed messages, and maintain excellent phone etiquette.

Job Requirements:

• Recent office experience (managing phones, computer operation, Microsoft Office proficiency).

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to take accurate, detailed messages.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility with scheduling.
