Arrow Staffing is partnering with a reputable sign company to find skilled and detail-oriented Paint Technicians. This role is essential in ensuring that the company s signage products are of the highest quality, meeting both aesthetic and durability standards. Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: 7:25am to 3:55pm Monday through Friday

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Spray sign parts to ensure a quality finish within a projected time frame.

Thin and reduce paint.

Apply primer coats and promoters to specified parts.

Keep spray guns and equipment clean and maintained.

Properly dispose of waste and contaminated rags.

Regularly maintain spray booths and filters.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous spray-painting experience preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.

Regularly lift 10 lbs., occasionally lift 25 lbs.

Good vision (close, distant, color, focus).

Stand most of the day, as well as crouch, bend, kneel, and reach.

Work will be conducted in a production environment where the noise level is generally moderate.
