Job Title: Dispatcher
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II is responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions, including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information. This role involves maintaining accurate records and logs, verifying information for completion and accuracy, and ensuring proper organization of files and records.
Essential Functions
Provide administrative support, including filing, opening mail, typing, and answering phones.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Verify accuracy and completion of documents and records.
Assist in reconciling and summarizing information as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and clerical support experience.
