Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR/Sales Representative to join their team. As a CSR/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting company products to new and existing customers.

• Type of Position: Temp to Hire

• Starting Pay Rate: $18.00

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Incumbents in this position will be the first point of contact for current customers.

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide prompt and courteous service.

• Provide sales quotations for new products in a timely fashion.

• Follow-up on sales quotations

• Provide cost justifiable customer recommendations.

• Answer (via telephone or email) customer questions or route to appropriate personnel as necessary

• Provide general customer support and customer relations

• Become a product knowledge specialist

• Weekly and monthly department reporting to senior management and executive team

• Must follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 Quality Management System

What You Need to be Considered?

• The successful incumbent will have a high school diploma or equivalency

• Without an Associate or Bachelor's degree, prefer 3 years of inside sales experience with a manufacturer or distributor in a technology field such as electronics, medical device, industrial manufacturing, or similar

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal

• Strongly prefer 3 years of B2B industrial inside sales experience

• Outgoing personality with public speaking and presentation experience

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

• Ability to handle a steep learning curve.

• Ability to build long-term relationships.

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

• Carrying heavy objects may be required.
