Shift: 8:am-4:30pm
Description:
Summary/Objective
A Customer Service Representative interacts professionally with our customers when they have questions or concerns about our product. This role handles inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, online chat interactions using complex problem solving and a customer centric approach to exceed our customer s needs.

Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency
Identify and address customer needs
Managing customer expectations while balancing business metrics and objectives
Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through organizations CRM (Customer Relationship Managements) system
Identify customer needs and provide solutions along with providing product feedback to the organization
Remain up to date on products and competitive landscape
Active listening skills enhanced with effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Serving as the voice of our customer, engage with customers in a professional manner to develop confidence product offering
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding product questions, service, returns, and warranties

This job operates in a professional office and job site environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and construction tools.

This is a primarily sedentary position. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach, with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Travel
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful experience in a corporate environment
Active listening skills enhanced with effective communication ability (both written and verbal)
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
Work in individually and in a Team environment
Superior customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and navigate through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Preferred Education & Experience
Intermediate Microsoft office skills
3-5 years past customer service experience
