Job Position: Customer Service Rep/ Administrative Assistant

Location: Ontario, CA 91761

Pay Rate: 20.00

Shift: M-F FROM 8:00AM-5:00PM

Arrow Staffing in Ontario is currently looking for a Customer Service Call Center Rep. in the City of Ontario, California. To provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Job Requirements:

  • This position processes sales order and purchase orders via EDI and manual transactions and is responsible for customer and vendor communication including sales, order entry, and error resolution.

  • Receive incoming customer communications (phone calls, emails, and other platforms when needed), answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints.

  • Accurate Order entry/processing

  • Customer and Vendor communications and problem resolution

  • Timely communication with sales and distribution to ensure order accuracy

  • Communicate with customers and vendors via email and phone

  • Assisting callers with requested information

  • Ensures excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer related issues in accordance with company policies

  • Perform general office administrative tasks

  • Keep up to date with changes to policies and procedures

  • Process customer order/changes according to established department policies and procedures

  • Process all purchase and sales orders

  • Answer customer questions on pricing, availability, and use of product(s)

  • Process customer complaints and insures immediate resolution to all customer concerns

  • Process electronic advanced ship notices, labels, and invoices through elected EDI processing system

  • Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, and the public

  • Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, obtain shipment documents as required

  • Communicate pricing, inventory availability and answer questions about products and the company

Skills /Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
