Job Position: Customer Service Rep/ Administrative Assistant
Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Pay Rate: 20.00
Shift: M-F FROM 8:00AM-5:00PM
Arrow Staffing in Ontario is currently looking for a Customer Service Call Center Rep. in the City of Ontario, California. To provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Job Requirements:
This position processes sales order and purchase orders via EDI and manual transactions and is responsible for customer and vendor communication including sales, order entry, and error resolution.
Receive incoming customer communications (phone calls, emails, and other platforms when needed), answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints.
Accurate Order entry/processing
Customer and Vendor communications and problem resolution
Timely communication with sales and distribution to ensure order accuracy
Communicate with customers and vendors via email and phone
Assisting callers with requested information
Ensures excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer related issues in accordance with company policies
Perform general office administrative tasks
Keep up to date with changes to policies and procedures
Process customer order/changes according to established department policies and procedures
Process all purchase and sales orders
Answer customer questions on pricing, availability, and use of product(s)
Process customer complaints and insures immediate resolution to all customer concerns
Process electronic advanced ship notices, labels, and invoices through elected EDI processing system
Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, and the public
Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues
Provide timely and accurate information regarding incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, obtain shipment documents as required
Communicate pricing, inventory availability and answer questions about products and the company
Skills /Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience
Fast learner
