Job Description
We re hiring a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Representative for a well-established security company in Redlands, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Position Highlights:
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative (Part-Time | Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Redlands, CA
Pay Rate: $21 $25/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 12:00 PM or 8:00 AM 2:00 PM (24 32 hours/week, based on workload)
Responsibilities:
Review and verify customer invoices for accuracy
Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts in QuickBooks Online
Follow up with customers on upcoming or past-due invoices via phone and email
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
Assist with general AR-related administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must (1 Year of recent experience required)
Minium 1 Year of prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
Comfortable making customer calls regarding past due invoices in a professional and courteous manner
