Position Highlights:
Location: Monrovia, Ca
Compensation: $33- $38 per hour DOE
Schedule: M- F |8 A- 4:30 P| Overtime as needed (Some flexibility in schedule)
Type of position: Direct Hire | Permanent

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Investigate employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
Maintain job structures by updating job descriptions and requirements.
Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting comply with legal regulations.
Advise management on employee relations issues and resolution strategies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in administering a performance review program to ensure fairness and compliance.
Collaborate with a third-party OSHA compliance company to maintain workplace safety standards.
Coach employees and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
Conduct employee training and maintain accurate records.
Develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Work with external vendors, such as staffing agencies, to support hiring needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Additional duties may be assigned based on company needs.
Job Requirements & Skills:
3+ years of experience in an HR role within a manufacturing environment
Degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
Ability to align HR strategies with business goals
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
Experience handling disciplinary actions and employee coaching
High level of cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse teams
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Reliable, timely attendance and a commitment to team success
