Position Highlights:

• Location: Redlands, CA

• Type of Position: Temp to Hire

• Pay: $19-$26 per hour

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and pay vendor invoices through check, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Perform 3-way purchase order matching in SAP and reconcile statements.

• Maintain accurate financial documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

• Support general office tasks to assist the accounting team.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting support, particularly in accounts payable.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience (SAP preferred).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
