Position Title: Strip Operator

Pay: $18/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Individuals to join our Client. This role involves operating industrial equipment, ensuring workplace safety, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting other plant operations. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and a team player who fosters a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and Unload Materials: Safely load and unload materials as required for production processes.

• Operate Industrial Oven: Monitor and operate industrial ovens in compliance with company standards.

• Clean and Maintain Department: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

• Operate Overhead Crane and Forklifts: Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to transport materials and equipment.

• Assist with Plant Safety Initiatives: Actively participate in maintaining and improving plant safety protocols.

• Promote a Positive Work Culture: Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.

• Perform Other Assigned Duties: Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating industrial equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.) preferred.

• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment:
This role involves working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to heat, noise, and heavy machinery. Safety equipment and training will be provided.
