About the Position:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves organizing workflows, monitoring staff performance, and supporting the team through training, leadership, and hands-on involvement in production activities.

Position Highlights:

  • Starting Pay: Up to $75K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety policies and promote a strong culture of safety.

  • Analyze production efficiency data and report findings to leadership.

  • Lead pre-shift meetings to discuss safety, production metrics, and daily goals.

  • Monitor production output and quality control, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.

  • Supervise operations to optimize production performance and meet output targets.

  • Develop and update training materials and matrices for production staff.

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards throughout the facility.

  • Organize, prioritize, and monitor tasks to achieve production goals.

  • Evaluate production stations to improve workflow and efficiency.

  • Maintain effective communication between employees and leadership to ensure clear understanding of company policies and procedures.

  • Oversee raw material flow and inventory accuracy to support production needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members at all levels.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in analyzing production data and implementing process improvements.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing production needs.

Work Environment:
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in manufacturing processes and a strong presence on the production floor.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Regular standing, walking, and manual handling of materials.

  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Must have good vision, including close-up, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
