2nd Shift Press Operator Now Hiring!
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift start time 2:30 PM- 11:30 PM

9/80 schedule- every other Friday off

Position Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Press Operator, responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection and compression molding machines. You'll be producing high-quality molded rubber products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate injection & compression molding presses
Interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical manuals
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments
Inspect products for quality and remove excess material
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Follow supervisor instructions and maintain safety standards

Qualifications

Experience with rubber molding presses (Injection & Compression) preferred
Ability to read blueprints & technical instructions
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with rubber molding, milling, etc.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Able to work independently and communicate effectively
