Job Title: Mechanical Assembler 1st Shift

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM 2:30 PM | 9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team in assembling respiratory systems and related sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting blueprints and schematics to perform high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembled and package components per drawings, schematics, or verbal instructions.

• Identify and handle sub-assemblies.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of production equipment.

• Ensure all products meet quality and appearance standards.

• Perform repairs and rework as needed.

• Rotate between workstations based on production needs.

• Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic to intermediate mechanical skills.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with assembly and packaging processes is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• May require standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling.

• Requires close, distance, and color vision, depth perception.

• Capable of multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
