Position: Furniture Assembler/Upholster

We are looking for a reliable and quality-driven individual to join our team as a Furniture Assembler. This is a Temp to hire, full-time position with room for growth. The ideal candidate is dedicated, has strong attention to detail, and a history of maintaining productivity.

Shift Details

• First Shift: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM

• Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Secure materials to foam frames and wood structures using gluing and stapling techniques.

• Upholster and assemble complete units in line with production specifications.

• Utilize a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic staplers.

• Ensure precise alignment of parts and materials to meet visual and functional standards.

• Accurately read and record production data.

• Report any product, material, or process issues to the Engineering team.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Physical stamina to handle tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to follow written instructions, interpret production orders, and understand production processes.

• Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination.

• At least three years of experience in upholstery within a manufacturing environment.
