Arrow Staffing is NOW HIRING for all shifts in the Grand Rapids area! This company is seeking individuals who can assist with machine operating and production tasks. If you are interested in an entry level position to start your career in the printing process industry, this could be a great job for you!

Job Position: Bindery Operator

Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49512

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00

Shift:1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Schedule: (Some OT may be required.)

1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM Mon-Fri

2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM Mon-Fri

3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:00AM Sun-Thurs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to read, understand, and carry out instructions and safety rules.

  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well and keep up with a fast-paced production environment.

  • Ability to lift up to +50 lbs.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with packing, labeling, and finishing products.

  • Assist with loading and keeping machines running.

  • Assist with additional bindery equipment as needed.

  • Assist with loading finished boxes of books onto skids.

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations.

  • Maintain a clean workspace and perform general housekeeping as needed.

  • Perform other duties as required.
