HVAC Contractor in the City of Redlands is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their company.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Redlands, Ca

• Type of Position: Temp to Hire

• Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8A - 5P

• Starting Pay: $20/hr. - $26/hr. DOE.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

• Maintaining historical records

• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks

• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance

• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

• Continuing to improve the payment process

What do you need to be considered?

• A minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Accounts Payable

• Strong Communication Skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Expectational organizational skills
